SG576avar; SGS85c; SC359var Note: the 4d Wilding definitive on whiter paper with multiple crowns watermark was first issued 18 October 1962. It was re-issued 28 April 1965 using re-etched cylinders from a new multipositive to give a deeper shade. The change was made deliberately to coincide with the increase of the first class letter rate from 3d to 4d.
